Long time....No entry.....Story of my life....

Hello everyone in Xanga world...I have missed you all. I got to see some of  you at Women's Ministry and what a time we had. I really relaxed and even skipped out on a few classes just to chill with my mommy. The girls are wonderful. Whitney has a crush on the next door boy who oddly enough I approve of. He is very polite and kind. He came to church with her on Sunday well with his family. So we will wait and see. They are spending a lot of time together, but I do not think that it is to the point of worry yet. I have talked with both of them and they definitely know their boundaries, but so did I. So until I see it going bad then I have to trust that I have done the best and God is watching out for her.

I have been struggling for the last year at least with this next admition. I believe that God has called me to become a Salvation Army Officer. I am not extremly happy about this because it is not something I want, but I do know that I am more at peace about my life right now. I plan on trying to get to training school by next August so if you know of any older african american single men who will be going I am looking for a husband.....Smile!! The girls are okay with it. Initially Whitney did not want to go, but I believe that God is working on her heart and she is more receptive right now.

Another note is that Whitney is competing in Bible Bowl on May 24th. Please pray for her and Corey as this is their first year and they are nervous.

I guess that is all for now. Love you all, Marsha

I have a teenager........

Hello everyone,

I realize that it has been a long time since I posted but I have been grieving......I officially have a teenager and let me just say at first I am not old enough to have a teenager. My oldest child, my Whitney, the child who is the most like her mamma is 13.......can you even believe it????? I cannot.......I love her to death, she is my miracle baby, long story and if you meet me someday you may hear it, but she drives me crazy. She is so much like me it hurts sometimes. We either love each other, or are yelling and arguing usually about how stupid I am...I do not remember being this irrational, but my mom tells me I was and she is the lucky mediator between the two of us. I will tell you that my Whitney saved my life. I tell her that all the time. God sat my butt down with her and humbled me and showed me once again how he is in control.....Before I got pregnant with Whitney I was a mess. Whitney saved my life, without her I would not be here today. Funny how God gives us our children to guide them and protect them and raise them and people are always like oh you have done a good job with your girls and I think I have, but they have done a better job with me. They have taught me and given me so much more then I have or will ever given them. They are my babies and I love them so Happy 13th Birthday Whitney Noel, I love you sooooo much....Thanx for saving me from myself 13 years ago and still going strong today.

I know that I talk alot about my Whitney because she is the most vocal and the most out there kind of girl, but I do have a mother Theresa child Reagen Renne who is 18 months younger then Whitney and she is completely opposite of Whitney and I. She is shy and soft and sensitive and really cares about people and things around her. She has a unique gift to look at you and know that you are either ok or not. She is so sweet. She is a singer like me. She has just found her voice and she is good. She is not confident enough to sing in public without a group, but she will get there. She is always singing and I am so proud of her. She will be 12 soon and I am having a hard time with that too. I love ya Reagy you are my concious.

Hope everyone in Xanga land are great. I miss some of you deeply. Cruise anyone????? I could use some Trinaisms what about all of you????

Have a great day. Marsha

HELLO..........

Hello everyone,

Not much going on here in the big city of Cheyenne, Just the normal work, school, and things. You  know Whitney is doing so much better at junior high then she did in grade school. Do you think that it could be the constant changes in classes? Where she thrives Reagen will not. Reagen likes routine, she does not like change, Whitney and I tend to get bored so change is really good for both of us. Anyway she came home with a report card thing that is the second week of school and she has all A's so Thank God for that and she really seems to like her teachers. Reagen has survived being a sixth grader for the first time without her sister at the school with her. It was a very nerve racking two weeks before school started as we all had our own transistion time. I am a very proud mom though because my girls are really excelling at their relationship with the Lord. Whitney has been talking to her friends about why she goes to church and why she prays. Reagen has always been a prayer warrior, but not so much one to tell everyone that. Lately she has been praying with one of her classmates because there are some family issues I guess. Not really sure, but I know that they have been praying together. I was worried about this time in their lives because it is a very scary time of them figuring out who they are and what they believe and as always God has not let us down.  He has carried us through this storm and I believe made my children stronger in their faith. I may have written before about Whitney's knee injury last year right at the BB season. Whitney's God given talent is to play ball and this year she is scared because her knee injury was quite extensive last year. I believe that she needs to get back on the horse and ride, but she is scared, please pray for her that God would give her the courage to go out there and show them what she is made of. She has said since she was five years old that she was going to play for the WNBA and I believe that she could and that this is one of her talents that she can use for God and that was obviously given by him. I am trying to be a good mom about it, but I know I push too. Anyway that is all in the world of us, how are you all doing. I miss you guys.......Love ya, Marsha

A message of Safety for everyone

Hey everyone, I just wanted you to know that I just received a message from a lady on this site who calls herself Mrs.Doris. She is part of one of those scams that you see on Dateline NBC that asks you to put you know her 10.5 million dollars into your bank account because she is in Africa or somewhere and needs to have her money put somewhere. I just wanted you to know as an informational thing to all of you. I wrote her back and told her that I would pray for her, but that I knew what the sceme was.  The reason that I felt it necessary to write this on this site is because I have never had any strangers write to me here. So just be careful guys. I hope that you are all having a great day.

On a lighter note, my Whitney started Junior High today and yes I cried like a baby. First of all I am not old enough to have a 7th grader. Okay well on paper it says that I am 35, but I feel like 23 or so. Secondly, she actually bought and wore girl clothes this year....For those of you who do not know Whit she is a straight up Tom boy and only wears basketball clothes. I have to admit she looks good and very cute. I think she is beautiful anyway. Also Reagen went to 6th grade......UGGGHHHHH!!! I have so much to look forward to.

I miss you all and I will talk to you soon. God Bless. Marsha

Hi guys.......

Hello everyone. Well we went to California and had a blast. I got to see some of you and that was great. I wish we couldv'e had a night together, but everyone was so busy with their own things. We had six adults and 13 children counting the not yet two year old. We all had fun and got to know each other better. Some of the highlights for the kids were singing in front of soooo many people, going to the beach where we saw dolphins like 10 feet away from us, we went to midevil times restaurant, which for the boys was just awesome. We also went to Disneyland where everyone had a great time. Even though the driving was long, the kids did amazingly well. We are truly blessed to have such great kids in our church.
